District Advisory Board

  • Serves as a sounding board to identify common goals and concerns with the Poudre School District
  • Presents information, suggestions, requests, or resolutions to the Board of Education
  • Provides support for the betterment of public education in Poudre School District
  • Offers a valuable link between the community and Poudre School District

Full DAB Meetings are generally the third Thursday of the month at 7PM except for December and March (due to school vacations).  Please go to this page  for details.

7: 15 pm.  Math curriculum text adoption and math curriculum articulation regarding 9-12 grades.    Guest; Kate Canine PSD curriculum specialist.

 

7:50 pm.  BOE information from Jim Hayes, BOE - DAB liaison.

 

8:05  pm.  Post Secondary planning for continuing collegiate and vocational education.

                    Guest; Darcie Votipka  PSD counseling dept. leader.

 

8:50 pm.  Reports as available from DAB membership serving on PSD committees

 

9:00 pm  Adjourn.

 

All topics include some time for Q. & A.

 

In May the Small Schools Study group chair, Asst. Supt. Hahn will report on the groups findings.
